Our Mission Statement

The friends of Garner State Park will solicit members and resources to exclusively support Garner State Park programs in preservation and management of environmental, historical, and cultural resources for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.

What we do:

Help preserve and protect the #1 State Park in Texas. Your membership, your donations, and your volunteer help will help us achieve our Mission Statement. The funds we raise go directly to Garner State Park and are used to:

• Remodel Existing Facilities
• Building Restoration
• Park Beautification
• Environmental Assistance
• Staff Assistance
• Volunteer Programs
• Guest Services
• Much Much More!!!!!

Membership

Membership is $25 per year per family and the fee is tax deductible. If you are already a member your dues become payable in March of every year. Please mail your check for annual fee of $25 to:
